Our products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 30 days
- The product is unopened in its original packaging
- The product is in ‘as new’ condition, is not damaged and contains all accessories
- You obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us. To do this, please email us at: sales at crewshop.com.au Further return instructions will be provided with your RMA.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Products that are returned with missing accessories, or visible signs of use or damage may be accepted for refund at the discretion of Crew Shop and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Crew Shop.
DAMAGED ITEMS If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
SALE & REFIRBISHED ITEMS
Sale or refurbished items may not be refunded. They are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please contact us at sales at crewshop.com.au for assistance.
